Jinan Wantong visited Baosteel Steel Processing and Distribution Co., Ltd. for learning

The company conducted a production standardization review on May 9th, and the initial review basically met the standards. Through the review process, we have also identified many shortcomings in our work. In order to improve the shortcomings in work and enable employees to better implement the "6S" management standards for safety production. Improve the overall level and safety awareness of employees. On May 23, 2024, at 9:00 am, led by the security department, the company sent 17 team leaders, including Deputy Manager of Manufacturing Department Bao Xuqi and Safety Officer Li Shuncheng, to Baosteel Steel Processing and Distribution Co., Ltd., a production standardization demonstration unit, for observation and learning. During this visit, we realized that strict management is a powerful guarantee for safety production. Manager Zhang from Baosteel led everyone to watch safety education video training, allowing employees to experience electric shock testing and mechanical injury prevention operation experiments. From theoretical knowledge to personal experience, we deeply felt that we must strictly follow the operating procedures in our work to prevent safety accidents from happening.

Accompanied by the safety officer, everyone entered the production workshop one by one to visit and learn. What caught their eyes were a tidy workshop, orderly work environment, neatly stacked materials, and awakened signs. Manager Zhang of Baosteel led everyone on a tour and explained in detail the important links and precautions in safety production. Through the good management on site, it reflects Baosteel's strict safety management and the good quality of its employees.

Although the on-site environment of each enterprise is different, the goal of safety management is consistent. Through visiting and learning, we have felt a huge gap compared to safety production demonstration units. I believe that with everyone's joint efforts and maintenance, we have gradually reached the ideal state.
