The preliminary review of safety production standardization has been successfully completed

Standardization of safety production refers to the adoption of a unified set of standards and specifications in the production process to ensure product quality, improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production safety. This process includes the development, implementation, and supervision of a series of standardized procedures, methods, and specifications, covering various stages from raw material procurement to production and manufacturing, quality inspection, product packaging, and distribution. Obtaining the title of safety production standardization helps to enhance the image and reputation of the enterprise, and is a favorable leverage for the company to undertake contracts. On May 9th, a review team consisting of 9 experts came to our company to conduct a review of safety production standardization. Representatives of our company's safety team members: Production Manager Liu Shougang, Deputy Manager Bao Xuqi, Safety Officer Li Shuncheng, Electrician Zhao Jingfeng, and Team Leader Huang Zhongqiang attended the meeting.

Firstly, Director Yin from the review team emphasized the requirements and significance of this review in the meeting. Manager Liu from the production department reported to the review experts on the basic situation of our company's safety production and the implementation of standardization.

After the review meeting, 9 review experts were divided into 5 groups to conduct carpet inspections of the factory's production process and equipment facilities. Our company's jurors answered the questions raised by the experts one by one, and made detailed records of the proposed non-standard and non compliant projects for rectification. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the selection work, safety officer Li Shuncheng started preparing the evaluation materials and coordinating with third-party companies one month in advance to carry out the key work before the evaluation. Under the leadership of Manager Liu, the production department actively rectified equipment, facilities, and production sites in accordance with the requirements of production standardization.
