Covering an area of 30,000m2, the company's headquarter is located in Jinan National Economic Development Zone, with a registered capital of RMB 32 million Yuan. With a nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry, the company has developed a variety of blasting/shot peening treatment equipment with advanced technology both at home and abroad, which are widely used in various fields such as automobile transportation, steel metallurgy, petroleum steel pipe and the like. Promoting and leading the technological development of the domestic industry, our long-term clients include renowned brands such as First Automotive Works (FAW), Dongfeng Motor Corporation, China National Heavy Duty Truck Co. Ltd., Baosteel Co. Ltd., Benxi Steel Group Corporation, CNPA Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. and so on.

The company has a professional equipment manufacturing team to ensure technological leadership, product reliability, and provide good pre-sales/after-sales services. In the process of equipment manufacturing, process card operation procedures are implemented for parts, inter process mutual inspection procedures are implemented for components, and pre factory trial assembly and operation are carried out for the entire machine. At the same time, to ensure the quality of spraying, shot blasting, rust removal, spraying, and anti-corrosion treatment are carried out on the selected plate profiles in equipment manufacturing.

Our patented products include " direct connection high-efficiency shot peening machine ", " manipulator shot peening machine", "floating grinding head for grinding machine " and a double-station cantilever shaft disc round shot peening machine, as well as a novel high-efficiency dry and wet method of dust removal ventilation and purification equipment. We developed an engine block/cover finishing line consisting of a rotary hammering vibrating core machine, a curved surface grinding machine, a robot automatic grinding machine, a double-station/three-station floating grinding machine and a manipulator shot peening machine as well as an automobile crankshaft cleaning and finishing line made up of a double-station crankshaft shot peening machine, a curved surface grinding machine, a truss manipulator, an automatic oil injection machine for the automobile foundry industry. A round steel/square billet shot peening, straightening and flaw detection finishing line with a round steel/square billet shot peening machine and a round steel/square billet mechanical conveying equipment was developed for the metallurgical industry. A steel pipe inner/outer wall anti-corrosion treatment line with steel pipe inner/outer wall shot peening and spraying equipment was developed for the petroleum steel pipe industry. Meeting the automobile industry’s demand for basic equipment and satisfying the need for special steel in the national key projects and the construction of the national oil-gas transmission pipeline, we has made tremendous contribution to the country’s development in the field of blasting/shot peening industry.
