According to the characteristics of the square steel, this machine adopts four directly connected shot blasting machines installed at a 90 ° angle to perform shot blasting cleaning on the four surfaces of the square steel. Through the automatic detection of BE type pellet separation system, variable pellet controller matched with different roller speeds, V-shaped conveyor roller conveying square steel, three-stage long fiber polyester filter cartridge purification and dust removal system (cyclone+filter cartridge+plate purifier), and fully automatic human-machine interface electronic control system, the workpiece meets the requirements of efficient automatic shot blasting cleaning.
