Polyurethane spray polyethylene winding insulation pipe production line
The polyurethane spraying equipment is used to continuously spray the uniformly mixed polyurethane raw materials onto the outer surface of the steel pipe. The polyurethane raw materials are initiated within a certain period of time to achieve a certain compressive strength and thickness, forming a spray insulation layer. Using extrusion equipment to continuously wrap the melted polyethylene sheet onto the outer surface of the polyurethane insulation layer, forming a continuous and dense polyethylene outer protective layer.
