The WQH series H-beam shot blasting cleaning machine is specially designed for surface rust removal and internal stress elimination of H-beams and other structural components in the construction industry, greatly improving the spraying quality and anti-corrosion life.
The shot blasting machine and chamber roller conveyor are both made of high chromium (Cr20%) investment casting wear-resistant parts, and the bearings are made of Swedish SKF bearings, which have increased their service life by 5 times.
The wear-resistant lining plate of the shot blasting room is made of rolled high manganese steel, with a service life of>25000 hours.
Equipped with a three-stage dust removal and purification technology of "cyclone dust collector+filter cartridge dust collector+plate bag dust collector", it can implement indoor dust removal with good dust removal effect.
