The robotic arm holds the workpiece within the projectile belt: it can perform horizontal rotation, fixed-point, and swinging movements to change the relative position between the workpiece and the projectile,
Strengthening shot blasting in key areas reduces the positive and negative surfaces of the workpiece, increases the overspray of the cylinder body, and improves the coverage rate of the shot.
The robotic arm is made of Mn15Cr1 rolled high manganese steel.
Six 37Kw large shot blasting machines are used, arranged in three groups at a certain angle above and below the shot blasting chamber, to achieve high production efficiency: 50-60 pieces/h for six cylinder bodies and 100-120 pieces/h for four cylinder bodies.
